Solutions for Breastfeeding (SFB) accepts Aetna, IBX, AmeriHealth & Tricare East insurance plans.
SFB is also in-network through The Lactation Network (TLN) for Anthem, BCBS PPOs, Cigna PPOs, Humana, VA CCN, Multiplans, PNAO plans, in addition to commercial members with UnitedHealthCare in 49 states (HI pending) for in-person consultations only.

• Are you anxious about returning to work? Do you have questions about how much milk to leave behind? Do need help with the logistics about how this is going to work in YOUR life?
• Book an appointment, so I can help you formulate a plan that will work for YOU. Topics include transitioning to the bottle, how much milk is needed, tips for caregivers, & paced bottle feeding.
• Bring a hungry baby to breastfeed during the appointment, so we can figure out how much milk the little one drinks.
• Consults should not be scheduled before 3 weeks postpartum.
• Please print & sign the consent form to be either scanned & submitted or brought to your appointment (Consent Form), & at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, electronically submit the (Insurance/Demographic form).
If your health plan is with Aetna, Tricare East, IBX or Amerihealth, this cost will either be refunded or applied towards your cost sharing, depending on your plan, once payment is received from your insurance carrier.
