Solutions for Breastfeeding (SFB) accepts Aetna, IBX, AmeriHealth & Tricare East insurance plans.
SFB is also in-network through The Lactation Network (TLN) for Anthem, BCBS PPOs, Cigna PPOs, Humana, VA CCN, Multiplans, PNAO plans, in addition to commercial members with UnitedHealthCare in 49 states (HI pending) for in-person consultations only.

• Please bring a hungry baby to the consult, but not a ravenous one, along with any tools you are using, such as nipple shields, pump, bottle supplements, etc.
The Follow-up Lactation Consults require a 50% deposit to book. If your health plan is with Aetna, Tricare East, IBX or Amerihealth, this deposit will either be refunded, reimbursed or applied towards your cost sharing, depending on your plan. Otherwise, the balance will be paid in full at time of consult.
