Solutions for Breastfeeding (SFB) accepts Aetna, IBX, AmeriHealth & Tricare East insurance plans.
SFB is also in-network through The Lactation Network (TLN) for Anthem, BCBS PPOs, Cigna PPOs, Humana, VA CCN, Multiplans, PNAO plans, in addition to commercial members with UnitedHealthCare in 49 states (HI pending) for in-person consultations only.

• During this consult, we can explore what happened previously & make a plan for the future.

• Please read, print & sign the consent form to be either scanned & submitted or brought to your appointment. (Consent Form)
If your health plan is with Aetna, Tricare East, IBX or AmeriHealth, your deposit to hold the appointment will either be refunded or applied towards your cost sharing, depending on your plan, once payment is received from your insurance carrier.
