Refunds

Once insurance payment is received and inspected, you will receive a text or email to notify you that a refund has been initiated. 

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card.

Late or missing refunds

It can take up to 2 weeks to see the credit to show on your credit card account.

After this time, contact your credit card company, it may take longer before your refund is officially posted.
